Before watching the video a DESKTOP COMPUTER or a LAPTOP is needed. The video is not compatible with a CELL PHONE, TABLET, or IPAD.
Technical Problems
If an error comes up stating that you are skipping on the video, you might need to change the clock to the current time and date on your computer. You also need to make sure that no other programs are running in the background even if they are not on the screen.
